Training in Practice Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy on-line. We will treat any personal information by which you can be identified (i.e. name, address, email etc.) in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not share your information with any third party.

Information submitted and statistics from usage will be used to enable us to provide, and improve Training in Practice Ltd services. We track usage through the use of cookies and by logging IP addresses. By using and browsing this website you consent to cookies being used in accordance with our policy and you agree that we can include your details on our database. If you do not consent, you must refrain from using the website. If at any time you wish to be removed from our database please contact us.

Purchasing Training in Practice Ltd Services.
Invoices are issued on completion of the training and a certificate provided to the commissioner. Where requested we will also send a certificate template for you to use with your staff. All payments are strictly payable within 30 days.
The cost of training is based on the number of participants, the number of courses commissioned and the degree to which the training is tailored to local need. The cost of travel, printing and hire of additional equipment are negotiated separately.  Voluntary sector organisations are given preferential rates.

Cancellation of programmed training events Policy
The following sliding scale of charges will be applied.
- 20 working days or more no fee
–     10-19 days 25%
- 5-9 50% of the fee
- 0-4 100% of the fee
We are confident that you will find all Training in Practice Ltd training, resources and services of the highest possible quality.

Complaints Procedure
If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please make your dissatisfaction known. You can do this by speaking or emailing us directly. You will receive email or written acknowledgement of your complaint and an outline of how it is planned this will be resolved.

We undertake to protect and respect individual disclosures by any staff or organisation on any subject, unless we have significant concern about the safety or security of a child, young person or adult at risk. In this event we will raise our concern directly with you (although there may be exceptional circumstances in which this may not be appropriate) and negotiate a mutually agreed plan of action.
